SKi Trails: Our 24km of ski trails are 25ft wide and groomed for
both classic and skate skiing techniques.
Trails are groomed daily using our Bombardier groomer,
run by trail expert Scott Holmes.
PLEASE - NO snowshoeing or walking on these trails.
Also - NO dogs.

Snowshoe Trails: 5Km of trails, separate from the ski trails, wind through the picturesque forests of the Niagara Escarpment. Several open areas give breath taking views of Wasaga Beach and the lowlands area. The trails are divided into 4 interconnected loops from easy 1km and 2km to a more challenging 5 km loop.
Highlands plans to add a longer Loop 5 in 2010 - for the avid long distance snowshoer.

Toboggan Hill: bring your own toboggan and enjoy a slide down the side of the Niagara Escarpment.
How far you slide depends on how high you wish to go up the side of the hill!!
The toboggan hill is totally separated from the ski and snowshoe trails.
PLEASE - NO GTs or stand-on 'sleds'. Thank you.

The Rockside Café, our full-service cafeteria, offers a selection of hot and nutritious breakfasts and lunches including the hungry skiers breakfast, soups, chili, and hot and cold sandwiches. Freshly made cinnamon buns, rice crispy squares, cookies, and date squares, are just a few of the snacks available. Don’t miss the amazing brunches put on at New Years and Valentines.
Our Pro-Shop offers a wide selection of cross country ski equipment fit specifically to your body type and skiing background. Our knowledgeable staff is here to listen to your needs and guide you through the varied ski gear available. A great selection of clothing, wax, and other skiing accessories are also available. Product lines include Fischer, Madshus, Swix, Excel, Alpina, Salomon, Auclair, Sugoi, Louis Garneau, and more.
The Highlands Nordic Service Bench is another wealth of knowledge with staff available to service your skis, fix your gear, and offer guidance on waxing and cross country ski gear care.
Our Rental Shop offers a full size range of boots, skis, and poles, for both classic skiing and skate skiing. We can outfit any age of skier from 3 years to 103 years. We also rent baby gliders for the age 2 and under crowd.
A Canadian Ski Patrol Toboggan and Snowmobile are always ready for any emergency.
